These sessions are difficult to explain in words. It's something you have to live and experience and it's much more than just a pottery workshop. Pedagogy is referred to the guiding plan while the sensory and emotional experience with the clay assumes a prominent role. There is something more to the art of lifting a piece on a potter's wheel. The poetry of creating something through a piece of clay is without a doubt a unique feeling of fulfilment. Feel the calm and deep sound of the wheel, the rotation of the plate, the raising and lowering of the future piece and the soft clay between your fingers with jazz music in the background.
