Travel aboard an electro-solar boat along the Côa River and access areas of the Côa Valley Archaeological Park that have never been visited before. The vessel, built with sustainable materials and powered by solar energy, aims to provide a more sustainable response in socio-economic and environmental terms for visiting the Côa Valley. Along a 4 km stretch of the Côa River, between the Canada do Inferno dock and the Fariseu site, you will have the opportunity to explore the Côa's rock art, admire the landscape, and discover some of its most important features such as the fauna (like nesting sites for migratory birds), the native riparian flora, the agricultural mosaic including the Mediterranean trilogy of crops (almonds, olives, and vineyards), and the vernacular architecture (dovecotes and mills).
